Characteristic

W1 leather is the most popular type of natural leather, belonging to corrected leather. After the raw material tanning process, the leather is then sanded. In this way, larger defects, such as thickenings, calluses, scars, are eliminated. This process does not completely eliminate minor imperfections visible on the skin, such as insect bites, which are a typical feature of natural leather. The next stage of W1 leather preparation is embossing the texture with an appropriate matrix, which gives it a uniform appearance on the entire surface of the mud. The final phase is dyeing the leather with the appropriate color and securing its face with varnish / wax, which gives it a delicate shine, smoothness, but above all protection against damage and the influence of external factors.
