Upholstered livingroom furniture can be ordered at any Livingroom Store in Poland. Contact details and opening hours can be found in the bookmark OUR SHOPS.
Livingroom furniture is available only in stationary stores. We do not have an online store.
We always encourage our customers to visit the nearest Livingroom Store. On site, we will match the product to individual needs. We will advise you in choosing the right fabric, type of seat filling and dimensions of the furniture to your living room. Because we prepare each order for individual needs, we do not sell through an online store. For your convenience, after visiting the Store, we can complete the purchasing process remotely – by e-mail.
Each Livingroom Store is at your disposal during opening hours. We encourage you to contact us by phone, email and we invite you to visit our stores in person.
We encourage you to use the “ask for price” option – available on the page of each model. There you will find a form that will be sent to the chosen store. The store service will make a valuation of the selected furniture and send it back on the indicated email address. The Store will respond to inquiries during the salon’s opening hours. The customer has two options to choose from:
No, the transport company does not collect furniture. You should contact the local organization responsible for the collection of bulky waste.
At the time of placing the order, we charge a deposit of 40% of the order amount. The additional payment is required before the furniture is delivered. The customer service sends information about the additional payment amount. It can be made in any form: bank transfer or payment in the store by card or cash. Livingroom also offers installment systems from several banks.
In the case of upholstered furniture, the whole order is made in one of our factories in Warmia. We want the ordered furniture meet all your expectations, which is why the waiting time for the finished product varies between 6 and 8 weeks. Each time we sign a contract, we inform the client about the current completion date, because it may change seasonally.
In the case of additional furniture (i.e. tables, coffee tables, etc.), which are in stock in the central warehouse, the delivery time is 1-2 weeks. A large range of additional furniture is available in the stores immediately.
We provide a seller’s warranty for all our furniture (24 months from the date of receipt of the furniture).
It is not possible to make changes to an order that has been sent to production.
We do not accept returns, please consider your purchases carefully.
Each product from the upholstered furniture offer has a Technical Data Card containing information about available arrangements and dimensions. Of course, any doubts will also be dispelled by the employees of our Stores.
Yes, we produce each piece of furniture to individual order. The full range of fabrics and upholstery leathers is available on our website and in our stores.
Yes, we deliver orders directly to your home. We use proven transport companies to deliver furniture, so we are sure that your order will arrive intact.
Yes, orders can be collected from warehouses in cities where we have Livingroom Stores. Warehouse addresses are available in the Stores.
Yes, but only for small-sized furniture. Other furniture should be collected from the warehouse. Large vehicles cannot collect furniture from shopping malls where Livingroom Stores are located.
Yes. Small samples of specific fabrics are available in the showrooms (applies to selected fabrics). Larger samples are loaned for return upon deposit.
Upholstered furniture is made in North-Eastern Poland (Warmia and Masuria district).
We care about your satisfaction. A complaint form template is attached to each sales agreement to facilitate the process. The complaint can be submitted in person or by email. The complaint must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) and photos.
Our Stores are located in convenient locations in Wrocław, Łódź, Poznań, Gdańsk, Warsaw and Janki. There is a large parking lot in front of each of them. The stores themselves have wide entrances and are accessible to everyone. You can also enter livingroom stores with animals (unless the shopping center prohibits it). At each stage of order fulfillment and after its fulfillment, please contact the store where the order was placed. All contact details can be found In the contract.
We make sure that our upholstered furniture meets all health requirements. In the production process, we use only good quality raw materials from proven suppliers, and the production process itself is periodically controlled in terms of care for the environment.
